My years of owner/operator experience have taught me a great deal. I have extensive experience with the many aspects of opening a successful restaurant including: finding a real estate partner/broker, tenant/landlord relationships, L.O.I and lease negotiation, creating a Pro Forma and business plan, marketing, concept development, choosing a General Contractor, renovations & build out, developing a budget, pre opening & opening responsibilities, hiring, team building and team development as well as all aspects of operations, driving sales and profits and planning your exit.
