I have 41+ years of experience in the insurance industry; specifically in employee benefit and human resource consulting. My first 12 years in the industry was as a Manager of an Employee Benefit Office for a national insurance company. The next 5 years was spent as a consultant for the largest regional employee benefit brokerage/consulting firm in Phoenix. I then broke off and started my own employee benefit company which grew to nearly $3 Million in annual revenue with a staff of 13 benefit professionals. In 2016, my partner and I sold our company to a top 5 world brokerage company.
