I have over 30 years experience as an analyst, experience in Human Resources and Financial Operations.
Human Resources, specialized in writing position descriptions (skills, knowledge, abilities), interviewing, hiring process, performance evaluation program implementation, and working with supervisors/managers in employee relations.
Financial Operations, worked with divisions/departments to produce budgets, track expenditures, work with purchasing on developing RFP's and purchase orders, trained supervisors and managers on budget issues and how to track their budget. Put together a budget using various methods, how to prioritize expenses, and track income and expenses.
Also have experience in writing procedure manuals, training/workshops, and public speaking.
Experience has been with small businesses, government agencies, and non-profits.
I hold a BA and MPA from San Diego State University, Human Resources/Labor Relations.
Currently enrolled in a program to be licensed as a Financial Behavioral Therapist.
