I have over 40 years experience in Food Service. For the past 19 years as Executive Chef of Millersville University and 5 years as the Executive Chef for Messiah College (now Messiah University). I have served on the National Board of Directors for NACUFS (National Assoc. of Colleges & University Food Services) and as Regional President. Before my college experience I worked as Executive Chef for Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton and Ritz-Carlton, and more.
