How I can help you

It may not be a good time to start a new business, but it's a great time to figure out how to stay in business. I became CEO months before the start of the 2008 recession. Leading through crisis is challenging and stressful!

I'm happy to be a sounding board or talk through business concerns you have. With experience in finance, operations and strategic planning, I ask probing questions that can help you sort through competing demands while ensuring time to pull back and take a 10,000 foot view.

Or maybe it's time to put plans in place so you're ready to start your business when circumstances permit. As a woman in Corporate America, I've experienced the challenge of being in the minority. And I'm passionate about supporting minority-owned and operated businesses in the Twin Cities, a much needed component to addressing the racial inequity that exists today.

I particularly enjoy leadership challenges, organizational development and complex problem solving. Much more a generalist than specialist, my experience encompasses industrial, healthcare and telecommunications industries; North America, Europe and Asia; developing, mature and turn-around stages of business.
