I have a background that allows me to bring two different perspectives into my work with clients. As an academic with over 25 years of teaching business and management at the graduate and undergraduate levels, I provide the theoretical approach. As someone who has been a business manager, advisor, and entrepreneur, I know the details and tweaks that are necessary to properly apply the theoretical.
I enjoy working on business planning both for startups and continuing businesses. I use tools such as financial analysis, cash flow projection, breakeven analysis, and capital budgeting to assist business decision-making for all stages and sizes of business.
