I have spent 40 in manufacturing as a manufacturing engineer, facilities manager, supply chain manager and plant manager with full P&L responsibility.  I am well versed in all aspect of running a manufacturing operation.  I have extensive experience in successfully applying Lean Manufacturing tools. and driving continuous, sustainable profitable growth through use of strategic business operations planning.  Strategic business planning is settling goals to attain your long term vision and establishing yearly, quarterly, monthly and weekly plans to achieve those goals and then tracking your performance.

I can help address concerns with cash flow, cost competitiveness, lead times, labor costs, operating costs, quality, excess inventory and optimizing a plant layout.

I now have my own consulting business and have experience in developing and executing a marketing plan and a strategic business plan.
