My particular area of expertise lies in both Hospitality / Food Beverage Management and Culinary Production. Both my education and work experience provide excellent background in organizing, directing, training, and developing programs. My industry experience is varied including restaurant, hotel, institutional and resort. Im also a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. I am currently a professor at the University of Minnesota and teach in areas of management and ethics.
