As a founder and former president of one of the largest photography companies in the country, I have experience in both B2B and B2C marketing. During my career I managed a talented team of executives, software developers, vendors and entrepreneurs to develop proprietary workflows, innovative products and stream-lined distribution channels.

I can help you refine your vision, write a business plan, define your brand and develop your sales and marketing strategy. For example, I was able to create a sales process that empowered other sales people to carry my flag. I also understand county-level procurement and RFP preparation.

My other area of expertise is in small business sales & acquisitions.  Specifically; valuation, process, transaction structure and the kinds of things which should be included in a purchase agreement. I am also a certified facilitator for Unlocking Potential, a non-profit coaching group run by Carly Fiorina. 

As a company President for 32 years, I integrated the benefits of proprietary platforms with outsourced vendor solutions to deliver unique value to our clients. I also maintained marketplace agility to meet goals for growth and improved efficiency. I guided the company as it opened remote offices and can assist you in the fundamental concepts of how to scale up a business without you having to be always be “in the room”.
