Kathryn Bardins can help clients with marketing questions and needs, including public relations, advertising, social media. Her background includes work with mostly nonprofit organizations, providing fundraising, marketing and event management. Writing is a specialty for promotional materials, scripts, brochures, ads, social media posts, e-newsletters, website copy. She understands the narrative and knows what it takes to make a good story to promote a business. 

Kathryn Bardins is well known for her grasp of the key issues impacting our communities.  This grasp of the issues and an innate sense of what works in the community has enhanced to her reputation as a innovative event manager and public relations director, who can get the job done quickly and professionally, and most importantly, successfully.

Ms. Bardins also has a strong history of community service, having served as the local president for Business Action Resource Council, American Women in Radio and Television (also three years on national board), and as acting president for 6 months for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She has also served on Governor Carlson's Action for Children Commission, with Twin Cities One to One (now the Mentoring Partnership of MN), the United Way Marketing Committee, and the March of Dimes, serving for 10 years on the board, 2 of which were as the Minnesota and Twin Cities chair of the board.  Since moving to Petoskey in 2006, she created and has implemented as chair a women’s niche group, Connecting Women in Business, for the Petoskey Chamber.  This group, now 12 years old, brings together 85-100 women every month for professional development and networking.  Ms. Bardins is also a member of Zonta Club of Petoskey, where she has served as president of the board, on the Michigan state board, and is chair of the highly successful fashion show which raises more than $25,000 each year for women and girls.  She has also been active for many years with Camp Daggett, chairing their marketing efforts.
