I joined SCORE in 2022, shortly after retiring from a 30-plus-year career in human resources consulting. I worked with small and large clients in a variety of industries, most recently colleges and universities and other non-profits. I helped them develop fair, equitable and competitive compensation programs. I also helped clarify the responsibilities and requirements of jobs to help employers hire more effectively and to provide career paths for employees.

Every client is different. It is essential to spend time at the start of a relationship understanding your startup’s culture, issues and concerns so we can work together to find the best, most practical solutions.

I have interacted with many kinds of people – including employees, managers and executives – to hear their perspectives and to ensure that they have a clear understanding of the work I’m doing and how it will affect them. That’s how I would work with you, too.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, yoga, hiking, gardening and watercolor painting. I love being busy, creative, involved and helpful. I look forward to working with you.
