How will you project your start-up and first year costs and the timing of those expenditures, and what financing options are available to you? What are the tax implications? What insurance might you need? Are there permitting requirements? These can be overwhelming questions for many, but they need not be. There are lots of resources available to help get a realistic handle on all of the above! My background includes regulation, taxation, accounting (CPA) and residential real estate investment. I am a strong proponent of data driven decision making, and can really help entrepreneurs navigate financial, tax and regulatory questions.
