John Quadrino proudly serves as a SCORE mentor with Staten Island Chapter: 476. At SCORE he develops learning content and hosts training sessions for SCORE mentors and business owner clients.
John is currently Senior Vice President, North East Service Delivery for CTR Factor, a lead nationwide business performance firm specializing in Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, offering advisory and execution services based on a proprietary, uniquely effective inclusive leadership platform in diverse environments to 125 clients in 13 different industry sectors. John heads up CTR Factor’s Employee Engagement practice, in addition to Business Development, Content Development and Training Delivery.
John is also a Certified Consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison, a premier Leadership and Career Transition company.
Prior to joining CTR Factor and Lee Hecht Harrison, John was Director of Operations at Verizon Communications, a position he held for nineteen years. At Verizon he led field, dispatch center and staff organizations across New York City for wireline services, most notably FiOS operations. John is regarded as a business leader who rose through the ranks with an established track record of strategic planning, best practices execution, leading cross functional projects, team development, and training delivery. He strongly believes in driving organizational change by championing strategy, promoting employee engagement and leading by example.
John holds an Executive MBA from Wagner College and a Bachelor’s degree from State of New York University (SUNY) Empire State College.
