Overall career spans 35 - 40 years in varied industries including consumer products, quality control, and home healthcare in the areas of sales, sales management/training, marketing, and strategic planning. As a key executive in my various companies I was responsible for driving sales to achieve quota while maintaining an operating budget. I was also responsible for sales teams across the USA and North America.
Since retiring from full time work I have given counsel to various clients across a wide spectrum of industry from manufacturing, services, and not-for-profits. While my expertise is in sales, sales training, sales management, and marketing, I have helped clients with their strategic plans as well as establishing benchmarks to measure their success vs. goals established.
I have also become an instructor at one of the local universities teaching history classes to adults. My classes have covered subjects like Thomas Jefferson, FDR/Truman, Hamilton, The Korean War, and The Vietnam War. It has also been my pleasure to establish a 'Historical Roundtable' in my community.
