I help SCORE clients think differently about a wide range of business challenges and help them craft solutions unique to their business situation. I have worked in large international companies, midrange and small companies and I have successfully operated my own consulting business since 2006.
Throughout the years, I’ve had a lot of successes and failures as well and along the way learned a lot of things about running a business that can be helpful for people who are thinking about starting a business or who want to grow and improve their business. I’ve helped businesses just like yours to navigate through the uncharted waters of technology transformation and can help find ways to use technology effectively without getting caught up in the hype.
I have experience in Insurance, banking, nonprofit, consulting, manufacturing, distribution, and I’ve found that a lot of the challenges are the same no matter what industry you are in. I worked as a member of the executive team in a company that went through 3 CEO’s and 4 changes in ownership over a 10-year period. I’m familiar with M&A, having gone through the due diligence process multiple times, and I have worked in companies owned by Private Equity Firms.
Many of my clients are not clear on how technology can help their business and I have worked with these clients to help them select the right technology solutions for their business. As part of that selection, I worked with them to negotiate contracts with small companies as well as multimillion-dollar contracts with companies such as IBM, Microsoft and Oracle.
