I can assist businesses needing bank lending to finance inventory, expand facilities, and/or to increase their working capital, and, I have multi-family real estate experience. I have spent approximately 35 years in the banking industry, both as a middle market lender to small and mid-size businesses in the Midwest, as well as Chief Information or Operations Officer for mid to large banks in Texas and on the East Coast. Some of these customers were startups, which can be problematic, as they are often held to a higher credit standard without a backup guarantee, such as provided by the SBA. My experience as a small to midsize lender continues to serve me well, in our current lending environment, as a mentor, sharing this knowledge with interested parties. Throughout my banking career, I have developed and managed business plans for large, complicated projects. I understand the pragmatic thinking that is required to build and execute a successful plan for both startups and well-established businesses. After a successful banking career, I relocated back to Houston. Ultimately, I leveraged my years of experience and became an investor in multi-family real estate. At this point in my life, it’s time to, give back… As businesses seek better ways to manage their cash, they become prime candidates for bank cash management or treasury services.
