38 years of diverse business experience including entrepreneurial start-up, large scale growth, and business sale. I was a founding partner in what is now Navigant Consulting, a NYSE-listed professional services firm. Hired as an Associate I advanced to Equity Partner, in the process learning about my clients and myself as well as being instrumental in growing the business from less than $5,000,000 to almost $250,000,000 over a 10-year period. In addition to my SCORE activity I lead two Vistage Peer Advisory Groups in the Chicago area, and am involved with two conservation-focused organizations in Walworth County Wisconsin.
