I can help for-profit and not-for-profit businesses at all stages of development with organization and operational issues. From my background inprivate and public law, I have helped small businesses and non-profits with formation, contractual, real estate, financing and compliance issues. Most recently I was the general counsel for the Adirondack Park Agency, the largest land use planning agency measured by geographical area. I have assisted individuals and businesses with real estate acquisition and financing, sucession planning and general advice. In my spare time I enjoy mnany forms of outdoor recreation and the protection of the natural environment for the enjoyment of all of us.
