40 year career with Brunswick Corporation and many of its businesses. Primarily a human resources executive with extensive experience in domestic and international HR, labor relations, executive education and coaching, employee training development, etc. ....with strong administrative skills resulting from time as Chief of Staff of Mercury Marine Division of Brunswick where I was the chief administrative officer responsible for HR, Environmental compliance, building facilities in North America, Safety and other admin services such as employee cafeteria, corporate aircraft, employee store, etc. As a SCORE mentor I have good experience with 'service' industries (professional services and other, such as home improvement contractors, cleaning services, hair & nail salons, massage therapy, et.al.), home-based businesses, and food-related businesses. Additionally, I have helped many non-profits get started and develop their missions and strategies and establishing bylaws and operating processes.
