How I can help you

I can provide guidance for startup and existing community benefit organizations (CBO) in the areas of governance, operations, administrative systems, government compliance, and volunteer management.

With experience as a director of operations/programs, board governance service, and owner of a consulting business to CBOs. I have worked behind the scenes with Central Valley CBOs for over 25 years. I have mentored entrepreneurs and small business leaders whose businesses are underperforming in board governance, administrative systems, or exposed to the risk of losing their tax exemption. From a community asset-based approach, I provide mentoring and tools that help build the individual leader or business capacity inside-out versus outside-in!
