I also possess significant experience working with clients and building strong client relationships. My career began as an entry level Sales & marketing person. I earned my promotions into Sales & Marketing management subsequently becoming a senior level leader in these areas. From there I added Operations leadership roles which led to advancement into General Management (P&L) roles. Along the way, I built strong Leadership and People Development skills. I continue to mentor many people who reported to me, and former clients till stay in touch with me. I have gained excellent knowledge of proven to models to: train people, manage and lead people, develop business plans, implement operations initiatives and take a businees to the next level the right way. I understand the necessity of building great teams and helping people become champions.
