How I can help you

I can help improve business performance in business strategy, regulations and finance.

As a certified public accountant (CPA), banker and management consultant, I have helped small businesses in the areas of business strategy, regulations and finance.  I can assist you in developing a comprehensive business plan; establishing the proper legal structure for your business; and advising on regulatory matters such as licensing and taxes.

In finance, I can provide guidance in developing operating budgets, record-keeping systems and measurements for monitoring your business performance.  And as a former banker, I can advise you in evaluating sources of funds for your business, including financing alternatives.

In addition to my professional activities, I have served on the Board of Directors of several nonprofit organizations including: a charitable foundation, regional hospital, homeless shelter, homeowners association, private school, radio station, among others.  I have also served as an instructor for accounting and businesses courses at a local college.
