I have spent decades working with World Class service organizations both in the United States and abroad.  My experience includes work within Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Software and Managed Services industries.  My specialties include; Strategic Account Management & Business Development, Contact Center & Operations Consulting and IT Program & Project Management.  I am currently a small business owner and entrepreneur working in the Boating/Marine Industry, building a second career. 

I enjoy problem solving and working as a sounding board to assist others in achieving their goals.  The common theme to my experience is Operations.  If you need to get clear on what you do and how to do it, I can help you formalize and document it.  I can help you define and set up measurement of metrics and establish benchmarks and goals.  I can take your "big picture" and help you break it down, end to end to help ensure you execute effectively, and course correct quickly.  I have earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology; and believe that listening to others, understanding unique perspectives and communicating well can take us everywhere we want to go personally and professionally.  I look forward to working with S.C.O.R.E.
