With 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field for a non-profit, I offer clients insight into the world of managing people and benefits. Employee compensation, recruitment, conflict resolution, communication, and payroll have been important dimensions in my career. I have been exposed to many situations involving benefits, retention, and manager/employee relations. I can build relationships and find practical solutions to problems thereby offering the support a new entrepreneur needs.

As the wife of a small business owner, I understand the complexity of running a business where you function as the IT manager, marketer, financial officer, personnel manager, recruiter, customer service representative while providing the service or product of your business. Having functioned as the bookkeeper of his small enterprise, I can relate to the difficulty of finding and learning a system to track income and expenses and keeping costs under control. I offer clients bookkeeping experience and referrals to providers who can assist with all the aspects of making a business thrive.
