I work with businesses to know and understand their customers buying patterns and behaviors by helping them develop customer profiles or personas based on their ideal customer(s).  Using  market research, real data about existing customers including customer demographics, behavior patterns, motivations, and goals; so that businesses are better positioned to turn their insight into action.
