Most of my life has been spent in restaurants. Everyone in my family owned one, most of my friends are restaurateurs, and even myself till this day own a successful pizza shop. This exposure has allowed me to build up a tremendous wealth of knowledge in the restaurant/hospitality industry.
After graduating from West Chester University with a Bachelor degree in Finance,I jumped into the family business taking over 2 locations at the age of 22. At the age of 29, I independently opened two new fast-casual concepts from scratch where I created unique menus, curated a brand identity, crafted the interior design from the ground up which consisted of the construction phase from start to finish. Many mistakes were made along the way but those experiences gave me the wisdom to know what it takes to turn a dream into a reality.
I’ve had many successes and failures along the way but it has all added up to a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge that I wish to share with others as they follow their own entrepreneurial quests.
