My business experience spans some thirty years, having served the preponderance of my career as a senior executive and/or as an officer in a Fortune 100 or FTSE 100 company. Moreover, I was one of the founding officers of three successful start-up businesses. Noteworthy roles include positions in operations, labor relations, strategic planning and human resources.
Most of my career was spent in the United States, but I was in Europe for ten years, based in London, with responsibilities across the continent and into Asia. I have been privileged to be an adjunct professor at two colleges, where I taught both undergraduate and graduate level courses. Finally, I have provided consulting services to companies struggling with operations, cash flow and sustainability issues. It is my belief that I can use my formal education and practical experience to assist the courageous entrepreneur to realize their desired business successes.
My basic management philosophy is that good people will make a business successful, if they are provided the requisite leadership, resources and training to deliver high quality services/products at a reasonable price.
