I have both a broadcast and marketing background in the communications field . I began my career in sales, eventually moving into sales management, then general management, overseeing all radio station operations, products, sales, marketing, and station budgeting. I ultimately became President/COO of the company, overseeing all operations and acquisitions. I integrated a strategic planning process as part of the overall operations of the company and was responsible for ideating and developing a separate division to deliver digital solutions to our clients.
