Daniel T. Norris, Ph.D. is currently an assistant professor at the University of South Carolina Upstate where he teaches Human-Computer Interaction, computer network administration and IT project management.  He has published internationally in refereed proceeding particularly in the area of technology adoption and computer mediated learning.  Dan also runs a small digital media converstion business where he converts old metia types (eg. 35mm slides, VHS or 8mm movies, etc.) to more modern and accessable formats. Helping small and medium businesses with networking is his primary service to SCORE.  Questions such as what hardware to buy, how to read a bid or make bid requests, network upgrade and/or implementation planning, and employee training.
