Franchising is my specialty. It's where I have spent the most recent 17 years. Running and owning a company for so many years has given me an expertise not only in franchising, but also in all aspects of running and growing a business. I can help with sales, marketing, general management, HR, cash flow management and most other aspects of a business.

For those who are considering buying a franchise, I can help with how the process works, how one might proceed with due diligence, negotiating, or really anything related to franchising.

Prior to that, I spent 17 years working for consumer products companies such as Duracell, Gillette and Sara Lee. I worked in sales, marketing, and general management. I worked in over 30 different countries, lived in the US and Asia. I left the corporate world in 2005 and opened a franchise in the service industry, ran it for 17 years, and in 2022 I sold my business to a private equity sponsored company that is doing a roll up in the industry. I own a company now - with the same franchise - with my son who is the majority partner.
