I can help the small business owner with starting their business and building client relationships. I am knowledgeable in establishing a start-up, hiring and team-building, managing operations and large scale project management. I can assist both strategically and operationally: strategically in establishing business goals and developing a robust business model; operationally through development of effective planning, process improvement and solid procedures. In this, I will be drawing upon my experience establishing my own consulting firm, as well as my leadership background in a variety of roles in human resources, finance and technology management. I also have experience in large corporate environments dedicated to project management and the implementation of large scale and global technology solutions. In the course of my career I have developed a number of successful teams, mentoring individual contributors who have gone on to significant professional success. I have experience in start-ups and across industries, including financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, publishing and legal. For non-profits, I can help establish a governance model and board of directors, define a fund-raising strategy and build donor relationships. I am an active volunteer and have supported professional and community non-profits through-out my career and now as a retiree.
