I can help you navigate all areas of the unique world of government contracting based on 45 years experience in that industry with both small and large companies and organizations in numerous industries.

As a contract manager and supervisor I can help with product and / or service business development, proposal development, contract negation, claims management, and contract management of contract change orders. I have experience with the small business development program (8a)  of the Small Business Administration as well as the General Services Administration schedule contracts. I have worked in various industries including military hardware, construction and technology research and development.

In addition to the above professional activities, I taught introductory business courses in marketing and management at Howard County Community College. In my private life I have been interested in photography since my teen years and in college worked for a photo studio and ran my own small business as an event photographer.  

I have also been active in community affairs and served on two Village Boards in Columbia, Maryland and now volunteer with Grassroots.

Education

Mr. Zeitzer holds a BS degree in Business Administration from  the Pennsylvania  State University and a MS degree in Administration (Procurement and Contracting) from George Washington University and was awarded a Certified Professional Contracts Manager Certification in 1974.
