I can help you with all aspects of family business to large companies. Special interest in improving company process to become more profitable.
In 1984, after working as a machinist for 10 years, I bought my father's machine shop. We organically grew the company from $400K a year to $6M, becoming the largest fiber optic component company from 1984-1990. During that period I designed and developed software programs and hardware that created 2 additional companies. My expertise as a small business owner covers almost all facets of business management and growth. I retired in 2006 and, then in 2010, returned as a consultant for a friend who owned 2 struggling companies. Starting in 2012 we were fortunate enough to receive several government contracts that provided the seed money to allow me to change the company's business model from a contract manufacturing company to a product integrator. The company now designs, markets, manufactures and sells custom manufactured products. In 2015 I retired again and now look forward to helping entrepreneurs realize their dreams of success.
