I've founded and led 2 different bootstrapped, start-up technology companies, both with successful exits (1 merger, 1 acquisition). After acquisition, I was a senior executive in a large organization with P&L responsibilities. I led or participated in the acquisition and integration of multiple companies into larger entities. I have over 30 years experience developing business and selling both products and services into the commercial, defense and intelligence markets. I have a detailed and hands-on understanding of DoD and government acquisition from both the contractor and government perspectives.
