With over 25 years of hospitality industry experience including owning and operating 2 locations within the Port City for over 15 years, I am a 1992 culinary graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Providence RI, knowledgeable in all phases of food service related questions including design, health department regulations, breaking ground permitting, construction, and final operational permits for full service ABC licensed establishments in NC.  I can assist you with hiring, menu design, kitchen or front of the house layout, monitoring financial transactions, updating records, creating inventory reports, checking invoices for accuracy, tracking income and expenses, and creating new vendor and supplier lists.  I have been deeply involved in on and off-premise catering over the years, including weddings, birthday parties, gatherings, and large corporate events.
