Investments Experience (1990 to 1996): Sell fixed income securities to correspondent banks. As Sales Manager, manage a sales staff of twelve located in three states. Act as Agency Securities Trader on interim basis.
Branch Bank/Small Business Experience (1988 to 1990): Assistant Branch Manager. Manage portfolio of over 200 small business customers. Analyze business customer credit worthiness and credit facility structuring. Assist retail customers with financial relationships.
Treasury (Asset/Liability) Experience (1986 to 1988): Manage the bank’s transfer pricing and matched funding systems. Advise lenders on loan structuring. Manage the bank’s short-term liabilities through pricing of bank investment obligations and the purchase and sale of Fed Funds. Hedge the bank’s rate risk using interest rate swaps and other derivatives.
Market Research Experience (1980 to 1986): Evaluate, schedule and execute research and other marketing projects. Evaluate the affluent market and the bank’s organizational structure for serving it.
