I have over four decades of experience in the restaurant and hotel industry beginning as a busser for Marriott at the age of 16, and ultimately to to being president of the largest economy hotel brand in the world (Days Inn Worldwide). In that span I worked in both franchisor and franchisee senior executive positions globally; in two company start ups and two large global brands.
Over my career, I have held property level and senior executive positions in operations, sales and marketing, real estate acquisitions and dispositions and brand development.
Given this experience, I can offer our clients a listening post and advice on starting brands, franchising hotels and restaurants (and franchising in general) hotels, restaurants and other businesses from scratch and/or acquiring and operating existing businesses to improve their performance. I can particularly assist clients in high intensity people (employees and customers) and service driven businesses.
