Chris Merola

I have ten years of experience across a wide range of functions both in a corporate and entrepreneurial environment. My expertise lies in buy / sell or M&A where I have completed or reviewed close to 100 transactions in the beer and real estate industries ranging up to $100M. This includes building business valuations, creating a strategy, negotiating, writing contracts, and working with family businesses both large and small. In the beer industry, I specifically work with distribution operations and have experience in supply chain management from supplier through distributor on to retailer. Via my own real estate business I am very familiar with developing an annual budget, securing loans, creating a business plan, forecasting financials, and managing projects.
