My background is accounting but I've been a professional salesperson for over 25 years. I can best help current and future business owners pinpoint their target markets and mix of services & products to profitably build their business. Client companies can be start-up, established, in-transition or ready-to-take-it-to-the-next-level.
Business owner clients can talk with me with just an idea that they're not sure where to begin, or specific aspects of their business that they would like to see working better with more cash-flow, or I can review a business plan with a fresh set of eyes.
I tend to focus on helping client company owners establish sustainable systems that begin with the end customer in mind. Then taking the customer experience through the various aspects of sales to delivery process through the payment cycle and back to sales & marketing. It is a holistic process but when taken step-by-step, builds on a solid foundation of serving the end customer while providing necessary funds and information to sustain and grow the business.
