How I can help you

Much of my career had involved providing networks and programs that employ emerging communications technology to solve problems. There is nothing more exciting than realizing that you have a vision that has sufficient traction to move from idea to reality. The transference process that occurs between vision and establishing a business is, without a doubt, challenging and fraught with a thousand unique unexpected perils. At its core a business is a thought that forms a vision driven by individual endeavor and molded into something that can solve a problem. Helping another entrepreneur engage i the process is a great way to give back. Establishing and building a business unfolds in phases. Phases sometimes overlap and sometimes stutter in first gear or recedes a step or two. That is the nature of startups and early stage companies. Principals have to keep it on the rails and move forward.

o Maintain and perfect the vision of where you are going, who you are as a company, what you want to accomplish and how you are going to do it!

o Brainstorm strategy associates so they share the strategy to reach the vision o Establishing objectives/tactics that feed the strategy.

o Understanding when the objectives and tactics have to change and making the change.

o Metrics - Whatever you decide, determine how to measure the success of that action or decision. No sliding scale.

o Refine the strategy by assessing tactics/objectives so that they align with the vision.

o Transformation occurs when performance embraces the vision
