High tech manufacturing, international operations, mergers and acquisitions. I am a professional general management executive with engineering (BSME) and MBA (UCLA) degrees. My experience includes twenty-one years as president and/or CEO of five manufacturing companies, backed by additional line experience in engineering, sales marketing, and manufacturing operations with high tech electronic mechanical system products. I am Chairman or Vice Chairman of Board of Directors for three firms. I have significant experience in international operations, mergers acquisitions, IPOs, managing public and privately held corporations in both turn-around and growth modes. I am a specialist in Strategic and Tactical Planning. I am also a volunteer counselor for SCORE, and a seminar leader at Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC). I currently am the Lead Faculty Area Chair for Management at he Little Rock Campus of the University of Phoenix, where I teach business to MBA and undergraduate students.
