Bob Hicks helps businesses large and small in the area of sales, sales management, business and sales strategy, product development, and development of business acumen for entrepreneurs. As a corporate sales director, research and development manager, entrepreneur, and consultant he has supported companies in their business to business (B2B) relationships and entrepreneurs in their investigation of new start-up ideas and/or launching a new business.
Bob provides coaching and mentoring in B2B related activities including major account planning for sales and individual development of sales people. He has experience in manufacturing, trucking, construction, research and development (R&D), oil and gas, internet businesses, and property management. Bob has had two successful small business start-ups. He has experience planning several other start-up businesses that were extensively researched to the point data was uncovered that suggested proceeding was not in his best interest. Bob is also writing a book that provides coaching and mentoring to sales professionals.
