I have recently moved to Lakeland and after 49 years in the CPG industry, have made a decision to semi-retire. I would like the opportunity to give back by consulting with and mentoring new and emerging companies. The majority of startup companies fail, unfortunately, and I feel with my past experiences I can help many of these enterprises avoid the missteps that may lead to failure and financial pain.
