Before starting my own professional services consulting service in 2009, I worked in progressive careers in a number of industries both in the US and overseas. I left the corporate workforce in 2008 as VP of Sales and Sales Operations for a 4 billion dollar financial services compan, based in Richmond VA. Since then I have worked in consulting helping companies large and small understand what might be contributing to under-performance and helping them implement solutions to achieve desired performance levels. When available, I provide counseling services to SCORE clients in many areas of business, including sales, improving performance, improving business metrics, leadership and managemrnt, customer relationship management, hiring, training and developing employees, HR practices, etc.
