ALMARIE FALBO BIOGRAPHY Almarie Falbo is a C Suite executive who utilizes broad and diverse knowledge and experience along with a strong entrepreneurial orientation ot achieve positive results.
Organizations large and small, asset based established enterprises and virtual eCommerce start-ups, global and local, private and non profit, her experiences encompass financial services, manufacturing, sourcing and supply chain, customer service, franchise operations, technology and healthcare. By examining the broader picture and positioning the customer first, she is adept at identifying areas of synergy and finding opportunities to turn liabilities into assets. Through hands on mangement leadership, Almarie has implimented enterprise initiatives to develop, simplify, improve or overhaul complicated business practices in a variety of industries. Ms. Falbo began her career with Xerox Corporation. From there she joined Bausch & Lomb where she established strategic sourcing. Next she took her experience to Silicon Valley, when NEC recruited her for the executive team to evaluate the attractiveness of the retail PC market; subsequently she became COO. Ms. Falbo continued her career with technology renaissance companies; first, Agilent Technologies, a new spin out from Hewlett Packard and second Avaya which was created from Lucent Technologies. She established Ally Financial as an enduring market leader in auto financing. Most recently she is the COO for Finance ERC, a start-up initiated to purchase Employee Retention Tax Credits fromsmall businesses. Ms. Falbo was an Athena Award nominee, a Board Trustee of the Strong National Museum of Play and an External Editor for the Institute of Supply Management. She has served on several advisory boards for start-ups as well as Catalyst, which managed investments through a portfolio model. In 2019 she was honored with the Small Business Administration, District Director Small Business Week Award of Distinction . Ms. Falbo earned her MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Management and her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with honors from the State University Center of New York at Buffalo.
