From there she joined Bausch Lomb where she established strategic sourcing. Next she took her experience to Silicon Valley, when NEC recruited her for the executive team to evaluate the attractiveness of the retail PC market; subsequently she became COO. Ms. Falbo continued her career with technology renaissance companies; first, Agilent Technologies, a new spin out from Hewlett Packard and second Avaya which was created from Lucent Technologies. Most recently, she focused on establishing Ally Financial as an enduring market leader in auto financing. Ms. Falbo was an Athena Award nominee, a Board Trustee of the Strong National Museum of Play and an External Editor for the Institute of Supply Management. She has served on several advisory boards for start-ups as well as Catalyst, which managed investments through a portfolio model. Most recently she has been focused on bringing success to small and mid-cap companies. Under her guidance a technology eCommerce marketing and sales start-up, earned #388 on 2013 INC 500 and then again #730 on 2014 INC 5000, sales increased to over $5M and continues to grow very nicely. Ms. Falbo earned her MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Management and her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with honors from the State University Center of New York at Buffalo.
