I joined SCORE because I have a passion for helping people improve by lending my experience in operations, process management, non-profit management, and training development. As an experienced executive, trainer, and leader, my goal is to utilize my experience leading successful operations to support you in achieving your business goals. I dont have a boilerplate to mentoring; instead, my focus is on keeping an open mind to your needs and asking questions to understand how I can be of service. Since 2015 I have served as the Vice President of Business Services and Performance Excellence for Goodwill of Southeast Georgia. In this role, I oversee the organization’s government contracting operations, business development activities, and Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives. Through these operations and others, Goodwill has been able to invest in workforce development services for communities along the Georgia coast. Before joining Goodwill of Southeast Georgia, I previously provided executive leadership for two other Goodwill organizations. From 2014-2015, I served as the Vice President of Retail Operations for the Goodwill of South Central Virginia and from 2011-2014 as Manager of Special Projects for Horizon Goodwill Industries in western Maryland. Additionally, I earned both my MBA and undergraduate degrees in Political Science Sociology from Mount St. Mary’s University. I am a graduate of both Goodwill Industries International’s Senior Leader and Executive Development programs.
