I am intensely dedicated to helping businesses with; project management, start-ups, turnarounds and taking them to the next level. I mentor mainstream businesses to sharpen their skillsets in communication, conflict resolution, business operations, vistion, strategy and planning and implementation, human resources, customer service, manufacturing and product development, joint ventures and new business development and retention with a background in M & A and post merger integration. I have served in Corporate America for almost two decades domestically and internationally as Founder, President and CEO, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Sales and Marketing. I reclocated to Lakeland to help local businesses grow, be profitable and sustainable and to assist in the Economic Development of Lakeland. I am also active as Founder and President of Global Advocates for Children, Inc. that advocates on behalf of children worldwide and volunteer as a "Family Counselor" for Florida First Baptist Childrens Homes in Lakeland.
