Karima is a workforce professional with over 20 years’ experience working with local organizations leading HR departments. 5 and half years ago, she joined the Sarasota/Manatee Workforce Board, and is now the Director of Economic and Business Development. Karima is leading the efforts in those counties to assist job seekers with scholarships and job placements and businesses with recruiting, training, and retaining their workforce.
