As a Food Services Industry Mentor, I have had two careers which included owning a start-up bakery in Los Angeles with multiple locations. I am familiar with the start-up process (business plans , permitting process, budgeting, business finance, etc.), the varying types of licenses (brick and mortar, food trucks, cottage licenses, MEHKO, packaged foods, etc.) and knowledgeable on how to manage a multi-location business. Prior to the bakery, I was a Chief Information Officer for a large global law firm and managed a large IT staff.
