How I Can Help You

I can help clients who are interested in starting and operating a restaurant/cafe/coffeeshop, as well as provide assistance to improve overall business operations. Having opened two restaurants, I am knowledgeable on the early developmental phases of research, including obtaining small business loans, leases, build-outs per health code requirements, understanding proper equipment and design aspects needed, promoting the business, and then operating and managing the business. My background is in business development and internal audit, where my experience is writing policies and procedures, improving processes, mitigating risk, implementing strong team managment strategies, and creating positive cash flow for operations. Therefore, I can assist others on how to start and run their businesses. I have consulted for businesses and opened two restaurants of my own, and plan to continue growing my hospitality businesses. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience to our SCORE clients.
